Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we canโt offer you a refund or exchange.
We try the best we can to complete your order the way you want. With that being said, if your order is wrong (flavor), or if your bags somehow become damaged due to shipping, we will refund your purchase 100%, or we will resend your order.
Due to the nature of sugar in the summer we cannot guarantee that your cotton candy will stay fluffy throughout shipping. We will not refund orders due to the heat impacting your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- i.e. a few of your bags have been damaged due to shipping
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
