Shipping policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We try the best we can to complete your order the way you want. With that being said, if your order is wrong (flavor or ribbon color), or if your bags somehow become damaged due to shipping, we will refund your purchase 100%, or we will resend your order.

Due to the nature of sugar in the summer we cannot guarantee that your cotton candy will stay fluffy throughout shipping. We will not refund orders due to the heat impacting your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • i.e. a few of your bags have been damaged due to shipping
